How to report a bug?

Start a new topic (only if your bug isn't reported yet) and use for topic tile:[Bug] then the bug name. In the topic Description a SHORT description

this is good:
Topic title: [Bug] Exc. item drop
Topic description: When i got pk-ed

very bad:
Topic title: stupid **** bug
Description: let every1 burn...

Well.... you get the point

Then describe as good as possible the situation what caused the bug and upload a screen shot if you were able to make one.
